If it is normal, it can be concluded that there is a fault in the high-voltage package and it should be replaced.

4. When the fan is not running, check whether the voltage after bridge rectification and voltage stabilization is normal, and then check whether the voltage after transformation is normal. Usually, the control chip is prone to malfunctions.
