What are the models and features of laser welding machines?
Laser welding machine is a welding device that uses high-intensity laser beam to locally heat and melt metal materials. It has the advantages of fast welding speed, small heat-affected zone, small deformation and high weld quality. It is widely used in precision welding of various metal workpieces.
(1)Based on the welding principle, it is divided into heat conduction welding machine and laser deep melting welding machine.
1. Heat conduction welding machine implements welding by heat conduction, using laser to generate heat to diffuse into the workpiece and melt to form a specific molten pool. This welding method has shallow melting depth and small depth and width.
2. Laser deep melting welding machine uses continuous laser beam to implement welding. The workpiece evaporates under high power density laser irradiation to form a small hole and melt the surrounding metal. The molten metal then fills the gap of the small hole and then forms a weld. This welding method has a large melting depth and a large depth and width.
(2)Based on the working mode, it is divided into common types such as manual welding machine, automatic laser welding machine, laser spot welding machine and galvanometer laser welding machine.
1. Manual laser welding equipment is mostly used for manual welding and mold repair.
2. Automatic laser welding machine is suitable for automatic welding of metal workpieces.
3. Laser spot welding machine has high welding efficiency, does not require wire addition, can weld gold, silver, platinum, titanium and other materials, and can be used for precision welding of various small products.
