1. Marking density: Under the same format, the same spot, and the same depth, the higher the marking density, the slower the corresponding marking speed, because the high density directly increases the marking area.

 

2. Marking range: The marking speed of a large range is slower than that of a small range, because the deflection area of the large-scale marking galvanometer is increased, which will naturally have a certain impact on the marking speed.

 

3. Marking depth: According to demand, if you need to deepen the marking depth, you need to adjust the parameters of the fiber laser marking machine, increase the power current and other parameters of the fiber laser marking machine, which will affect the marking speed.

 

4. Laser spot size: The density of the marking characters will also affect the speed. Under the condition of the same marking area, the same spot and the same marking depth, the higher the density of marking, the slower the marking speed. After all, the greater the density of the characters to be marked, the more the area to be marked will be.
