Glue a layer of paper on the laser head's light entrance hole, move the laser head to the upper left corner of the machine, click the test light to make a dot, then move the laser head to the lower left corner of the machine to make another dot to adjust the first reflection The lens adjustment screw makes the two points completely coincide, so that the Y-direction light path is adjusted.


Next, adjust the X direction, move the laser head to the leftmost side of the beam, click the test light to make a point, and then move to the rightmost to make another point, adjust the second mirror adjustment screw to make the two points completely coincide.


2. How to adjust the laser tube of co2 laser cutting and engraving machine:

After the adjustment of the reflector, although the light path is adjusted, the laser is not necessarily at the center of the light inlet. The next step is to adjust the position of the laser tube to adjust the light to the center of the light inlet. at this time. We must pay attention to the position of the light in the light inlet.


For example, the laser tube should be moved down when the light is up. The laser tube should be moved up when the light is deviated. Before the light is deflected, the position of the laser tube should move forward. After the light is deflected, the position of the laser tube should be moved backward. During the adjustment process, the laser tube must be moved slightly, and it must not be rushed.


3. Vertical adjustment of co2 laser cutting and engraving machine light:

Put a piece of acrylic on the workbench and test the light to see if the penetrating acrylic is vertical to the front, back, left, and right. Do not adjust the pressure lens cover on the third reflector vertically to adjust the light vertically. To adjust the vertical is to adjust the position of the light on the focusing lens. Only when the light is in the center of the focusing lens, the emitted light is the strongest and straightest.
