Key points to solve the signal interference of laser marking machine!

1. Install power filter to reduce the interference of AC power to equipment.

2. Use shielded wire to reduce the interference of the outside world to oneself, or the interference of oneself (power line) to the outside world.

3. "One-point grounding" principle. Connect the ground of the power filter, the driver PE (ground) (the driver is insulated from the chassis bottom plate), the lead wire after the control pulse PULSE- and the direction pulse DIR- are short-circuited, the motor ground wire, the cable protection sleeve between the driver and the motor, and the driver shield wire to the grounding column on the chassis wall, and require good contact.

4. Try to increase the spacing between the control line and the power line (L, N) and the motor drive line to avoid crossing. For example, when we deal with the installation position of two drivers in the same chassis in a dual-axis drive system, one driver nameplate faces forward and the other faces backward, and make these leads as short as possible in the structural layout.
