Laser equipment chiller maintenance method!

Laser chiller is a water cooling device. Laser chiller is a cooling water device that can provide constant temperature, constant flow and constant pressure. Laser chiller is mainly used in laser processing equipment such as laser marking machine, laser engraving machine, laser welding machine, laser inkjet printer, laser cutting machine, etc. It can control the temperature required by laser equipment, thereby maintaining the normal operation of laser equipment.

Daily maintenance method of laser chiller:

1) Place the chiller in a ventilated and cool place for use, and it is recommended to be below 40 degrees. When using a laser chiller, keep the machine room clean and well ventilated, and clean the condenser regularly to ensure the normal operation of the unit.

2) The water should be replaced regularly, and the water tank should be cleaned regularly, generally every 3 months.

3) The water quality and water temperature of the circulating water will affect the service life of the laser tube. It is recommended to use pure water and control the water temperature below 35 degrees Celsius.

4) When the unit fails and the alarm stops, press the alarm stop button first, and then check the cause of the fault. Remember not to force the machine to start running before troubleshooting.

5) Clean the dust on the chiller condenser and dust screen regularly.

6) Do not shut down the unit by cutting off the power supply unless there is an emergency during use;

7) In addition to daily maintenance, winter maintenance also requires prevention of freezing. In order to ensure the normal use of the laser chiller, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 5 degrees Celsius. Methods to prevent freezing of the chiller:

① In order to prevent freezing, the chiller can be kept above 0 degrees Celsius to keep the water in the pipe flowing to prevent freezing.

② During holidays, the laser chiller is in a shutdown state, or it is shut down for a long time due to a fault. Try to drain the water in the chiller tank and pipes. If the unit is out of use for a long time in winter, turn off the unit first, then turn off the main power supply, and drain the water in the laser chiller.

③ After use, you can also add antifreeze according to the actual situation of the chiller.
