Machine structure of continuous laser welding machine!
Laser welding machine generally consists of five parts,
1::Laser welding host:
The laser welding host mainly generates the laser beam used for welding, which is composed of laser generator, optical path part, power supply, control system and other main parts,
2: Cooling system:
The cooling system provides cooling function for the laser generator, generally equipped with a 1-5 horsepower water circulation chiller, (the laser power determines the chiller power),
3: Laser welding automatic workbench or motion system:
This system is used to realize laser welding, the laser beam moves according to the welding trajectory according to specific requirements, and realizes the automatic welding function of the laser,
Generally there are three forms of motion control
(1) Workpiece movement, laser head fixed.
(2)Laser head movement, workpiece fixed,
(3)Laser head The entire system uses CNC programming to write motion control programs to control the workbench to move as required, and the simplified programming system has simpler operation and can be quickly mastered without professional technology or academic qualifications. In the laser workbench system, such as: four-axis linkage workbench, gantry welding workbench, manipulator motion system, two-dimensional, three-dimensional workbench, cantilever workbench, etc., precise welding motion control can be achieved.
4: Fixtures:
Generally, in the laser welding process, laser welding fixtures are mainly used to fix the welded workpiece and enable it to be repeatedly positioned and repeatedly loaded and unloaded to facilitate automatic laser welding. Therefore, fixtures are one of the indispensable equipment in laser welding production, especially in batch production.
Whether the fixture is designed in place will directly affect the production efficiency and yield rate.
5: Observation system:
Generally, laser welding machines need to be equipped with an observation system to facilitate real-time microscopic observation of the workpiece, which is used to facilitate accurate positioning when compiling welding procedures and to check the welding effect during the welding process. It is generally equipped with a microscope or CCD display system.
